Pharmacy Weight Loss Lutterworth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Lutterworth, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide weight management consultations and prescription medicines via a secure online platform. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and comply with all applicable UK pharmacy legislation.
To use our services, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw treatment at any time if we determine that a service is clinically unsuitable for you. Providing false or misleading information during consultation may result in cancellation of your order and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
All prescription medicines are issued only following review and approval by one of our registered pharmacist prescribers. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. Our clinical team will assess your suitability based on your medical questionnaire and, where necessary, may contact you for further information.
Prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK clinical guidelines and are valid only for the treatment and duration specified. You must not share, sell, or transfer any prescribed medication to another person.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
We do not store full payment card details on our systems. Recurring subscription plans, where offered, may be cancelled in accordance with Section 6 below.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist prescriber, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is fulfilled by a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, adverse weather conditions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signature-required items. If a delivery fails, please contact us promptly so we can arrange redelivery.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval at any time and receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in line with the Medicines Act 1968.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
